BWY Foundation Course 1
If you've been practicing for a couple of years and would like to dive deeper into the history, philosophy and background of yoga, this 60 hour course could be for you.

Over a 10 month period we will cover how to create an effective home practice including asana (posture work), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. Start to explore yoga philosophy and how it can benefit our modern lives with a group of like minded individuals
Next course start TBC, taking place on one Saturday per month at Timperley Congregational Church Hall, Heyes Lane, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 6EF
